Thankfully when I reached out to Amazon they credited me for extra packaging that wasn’t needed per associate. I don’t have high hopes on the package arriving back or not damaged because she said, guess we will see if it makes it. She was just overall not a pleasant person for this position. Also when coming into the store and mailing stuff at the kiosk her and another girl were not really appropriate in the language behind the counter. Honestly I will stick with mailing from viera or other stores this place is less than a desirable location and dirty with homeless that walk up down outside the area.
