- EMElizabeth McPhersonNov 29, 20251.0Terrible post office. Unfortunately, we are forced to have a PO Box here because their driver refuses to take a turn down our road. We don’t have a mail box and have yet to find the area where there is a group of mailboxes. I am disabled and so is my MIL. The post master has flat out told us that they will refuse our request for a mailbox!!! We moved here in March 2025 and I have never heard or seen so many made up rules. The first 3 months they refused to hold any of our mail to come pick up and sent it back! This is by far the worst experience my family has ever had when it comes to the USPS! Always closing early and always acting like we are inconveniencing them. Very crappy attitude!! Always blaming the issues they have on someone else. We dread the holiday season because of this! An annual charge of $160.00 (plus key deposit) and they have finally stopped sending our mail back. Don’t use this post office if you have any other choice. These people suck!!! They got 1 star only because I couldn’t give less.
