  I had the worst customer service I have ever received at this Staples. I was returning an Amazon package. Upon entering the line, the associate (John) was already clearly agitated and seemed irritated that he had to help me. He scanned my QR code and I gave him the gray package as part of the return. However, during the process, an additional item showed up that we were not aware of or able to identify. The system continued and eventually prompted for pacifiers, which were part of the return, but the main issue was the extra gray package/item that appeared in the transaction. My wife had set up the return, so I wasn’t completely sure what all was included, and afterward we still couldn’t identify what that additional item was. I went back up to the counter and asked John to show me that specific package so I could confirm what it was. I explained clearly what it looked like and that we were trying to identify the extra item from the transaction. He let out a big sigh and refused to go back and get it, saying there was nothing he could do. He kept handing me random things behind the counter despite clearly explaining what it looked like. I then asked for a manager because John was being dismissive and unhelpful. The manager came out, looked briefly, and was also unable to resolve the issue. I was ultimately handed a receipt and sent on my way. Even the Amazon receipt shows an unknown item in the return. Long story short, Staples processed an additional item from my home that I cannot identify, and no one made a real effort to help figure out what it was.I remained polite throughout the entire interaction and expected basic customer service in return.

  Nice sales associates, but man, it is so dark in there. Hard to see things. Seems like half their lights haven't been working for over a year. Really wish they would fix that

  I had the absolute worst customer service ever here. I have never felt so disrespected. I don't recommend anyone to this location. I will be contacting corporate management. Never will I step foot in any establishment that I'm not welcomed. The owner only responds to the negative reviews saying that they're going to implement training etc...but never do. So, at this point the owner needs to be held responsible. Because it's against the law to discriminate.
