The guy at the counter named Tom gives him self happy customer review. I was not happy with the service and he reached over the counter and gave himself a happy face. Told me he is just getting ride of the screen for me but gave himself a positive rating.

I sent a POST CARD over 2 weeks ago to my old city which is only 1 hour away by car. They just got the post card TODAY. Why did it take so long? You had me scared that it was LOST.

I’ve always had nothing but good experiences at this location — the employees are usually happy, helpful, and genuinely talkative in the best way possible. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was the complete opposite. The older woman working the counter was rude, condescending, and flat-out unhelpful when I came in with a TikTok Shop return. Instead of assisting or explaining, she spoke to me like I was a spoiled kid who’s never been told no before. I’m not a child — I’m a fully grown adult, and her attitude was completely uncalled for. She made it clear she didn’t want to help in any way. Honestly, she could benefit from a course in how to interact with people, because this kind of behavior is unacceptable. It feels like she takes out her bitterness on younger customers, and that’s not fair to anyone. Extremely disappointing experience at a place that I’ve otherwise really appreciated.
