    I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS location. I scheduled a passport appointment for my 3-week-old baby and arrived on time. We waited about 20 minutes for the previous appointment to finish (only one employee handles passports). When it was finally our turn, Evony asked to use the restroom first, which we completely understood. Before stepping away, she confirmed we needed a passport photo; when we said yes, she visibly sighed and complained to a coworker in front of us. She was gone for about 25 minutes. Meanwhile, Marvin was managing a nonstop line of customers on his own and repeatedly apologizing for the delays. When Evony returned, I kindly mentioned that we had been concerned due to the length of the wait, especially being there with a newborn. Instead of an apology, the situation escalated and the manager, Shan, was called. We were told that delays are expected even with scheduled appointments. Our appointment began approximately 45 minutes late, and by the time we left, they were already behind on the next two families. I understand staffing challenges happen, and I truly empathize with that. However, if resources are limited, fewer appointments should be scheduled to avoid this kind of experience; especially for families with infants. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to improve both scheduling and customer communication.

    We bring all documents,and they even dont know how to replace a money order,wait 30 mins and the manger is playing phone at backside,the manger said“I dont care” and went to the other usps location,10mins done
