When I returned to the store a few days later, he explained and showed me what he could see, and provided me with as much information as possible. He let me know UPS usually does a return to sender after two business days but this did not occur. He reached out and requested my mail to come back to his location. It took some time, but it eventually came back. He contacted me personally through this conflict and was so kind and so so helpful. THANK YOU SO MUCH for going above and beyond!! You are appreciated!
