The truck was being loaded and he got on it to find and remove it for me! I was able to retrieve the item and still get the package out. I am very thankful for his quick action and help. The store even offers custom 3D prints (with bulk discounts) that is unique to this UPS store. Thanks everyone!

We came to this location after another UPS store told us they could not help us as there was not a senior manager working and would not be in until 2 days after the event. The file we emailed was not working for some reason. The gentleman helping us worked until it worked. While I waited, I enjoyed watching the other clerk help quite a few clients wanting different services. The line at times went out the door. He helped each client with skill and patience. I was impressed. Our programs look wonderful and he even folded them for us.
- AGA GregoryDec 19, 20251.0I went to return a package with a return label. I’ve always left the box open in case they need to inspect. This package contained a Li-Ion Battery. I’ve never been charged to tape a box at the location south of here by Lake Washington. The employee was super rude and condescending. He must completely hate his job. When he taped it, there was a good half inch gap, it makes me question whether it’ll make it back. If I treated my customers like that, I’d be fired. Hit up my credit card for 12” of tape when the shipping was prepaid.
