- CCChrisDec 22, 20251.0Ordered ~20 pages to be printed on a Saturday with guaranteed completion by Sunday at 5:30. Called on Sunday and was told they wouldn't be done until Monday. Called on Monday and was told they wouldn't be done until late Tuesday or possibly Wednesday. No phone call, text, or email to let me know they wouldn't be ready. Since these were for an event I was holding on Tuesday afternoon, they would not be ready in time. Manager informed me there was no way to expedite but he seemed happy to cancel on me and leave me needing to pay extra to get same-day printing at the next nearest store and add an extra hour of driving to go pick them up to my day. Summary: Just terrible customer service.
