  The Lady at the facility not professional in her demeanor as soon as we interacted. I had a bit of time finding my tracking number for a standard overnight package. When I found the number I showed it to her on the phone. She in an oddly annoyed tone told me to read it to her. Then she went back came our and said the item was in a canister with other things and she could not go through it. This arrived at there facility standard overnight this morning Saturday and will go out Monday as she refused to hold it for me to pick up Monday morning. I was upset about not being able to get the check and worried it wouldn't show up Monday since the office closes before the latest time shown on the delivery and this Lady decided to mock me and make fun.

  Fedex is NOT what it once was, from their corporate policies to the person you interact with at the counter. They are bitter and just doing the job, not even a smile or hello, straight to business and hurry up. Packages aren't on time and tracking data is inaccurate and when I asked about it I was told that the people in these locations dont even know where that tracking I fo comes from and to ignore it as a customer because its not real anyways.
