- CCCaitlinDec 27, 20251.0Unhelpful and rude staff member - we came in to get a passport photo taken for our baby (which FedEx does, and we called this specific location in advance to confirm they could do it for a baby), and the staff lady right off the bat said “oh I didn’t say we could do it on the phone, and I’ve never done a baby.” Then proceeded to call her manager and say to us after that she just “wasn’t comfortable” taking the photo, and to come back another day. I don’t understand what you have to be “comfortable” with? Just snap a few photos and give it a go - if it doesn’t come out good, then okay, but to not even try? She was just rude right off the bat, and I think it’s lazy that she couldn’t even make an effort to try. Annoying process!

I truly appreciated the sense of teamwork and camaraderie. Her support saved me a tremendous amount of time and made a big difference compared to handling this on my own or routing everything through my client’s shipping department.
