We have one postal driver that goes above and beyond for customer service. I wish I knew his name. I’m 70 and was outside in my gown (relaxing day) and he brought my mail. He is always so friendly and I wish he was our mailman everyday.

Everyone at this post office is courteous and they even have fun for an occasional joke! Will never go to another branch!

I would like to know is ANYBODY actually running the Mary Esther branch and the very horrible (past several years) FWB, branch?????. This is just one of many things, to many negatives to list, but this one, is most recent. We were left a very bad damaged bent key to open the extra mail box that is under the regular mailboxes for larger than the regular mail. Obviously will not work. My parents were left a key that was bent almost into, a month ago. Where is the management???? Why is this allowed? Did all the supervisors leave, get fired, or what? And the FWB branch is scary to even drive by, run down like in the projects, much less go inside, only thing missing is grafitti. And the bent keys and broken keys is beyond ridiculous from both branches. If the post master received bent n broken keys I'm sure he would be P.O. and get it taken care of. I work 12 to 14 hrs per day, I'm off one day per week, one day to do everything, I'm exhausted, and I get bent keys and can not get my mail. Who has time to drive to post offices and wait in lines that is seriously understaffed and unkept, giving me major migraines. The reviews are horrid. And I can relate, unfortunately.
