I have to jump through the claim hoops, which are also not easy processes. I fear that a package "not found" after its scanned in to your location would warrant a bit more concern and internal investigation. Where could my big package have wandered off to? Not even sure if my claim is even being processed. I understand lost in transit or damaged. Out of the post office's control. But this situation seems different.
