She was working the pickup window and would not get my package. She said it is not here, but she did not even look. I told her, "The tracking shows it here, and you have not even looked for it", she said "It is not here", and she turned away and started helping some other black customer behind me. She never did anything for me, except ignore me to help other black customers, and tell the other employees that my package was not there. So I waited in that post office for 1 1/2hrs, pleading with all the employees to get my package. It took 1 1/2hrs, AFTER waiting in line, until one nice employee actually looked for it and brought it too me. WHAT IS WRONG WITH SOUTH FLORIDA AND THE USPS EMPLOYEES???
