  I went in today to pick up my package and had a very uncomfortable experience. I gave the employee my ID, and he immediately said there was no package for me. I repeated my name, and suddenly he “found” one, but claimed it didn’t have my name on it and refused to release it. My name was clearly printed on the package. He told me I would need to call UPS customer service because he was not going to give me my mail. He then went to the back, saying he would make a call. About four minutes later, he returned and stated that it was, in fact, my package.

  Great service, especially from Adam. Soon as I walked through the door he greeted me and assisted me. In and out service. It was very clean. Great location.
