Their office computer was down- neither employee knew how to reboot it. This prompted them to call the aforementioned boss who didn’t answer them. I asked if I could print it using one of computer’s designated for customers. One didn’t work. The other - both employees had no idea what the passwords were. Totally incompetent!

We were told we are not shipping this morning until we figure out a glitch. How long? Could be an hour or more. Asked if i could leave my dolly with the 100 lbs of boxes. No. So now 2 elderly people get to reload the boxes in the vehicle. Well we wont ever be back. We have now found the happy lovely people at Global Pack and ship on Tamiami Trail east. Great experience

Zero personality. Was very obvious he did not want to be there. If the owner reads this, your employee was in his 60's. Not sure if that would narrow it down for you or not. Not to tell you how to operate your business but you may want to have an employee pow-wow to discuss customer relations and attitudes. Your employees are the face of your business.
