    ***SUNDAY DECEMBER 14th*** They closed 8 minutes early today and wouldn’t let my mother in. She got there before closing time and carried two large bags over to the door that she struggled to bring in! The employees locked the door and were standing there but wouldn’t unlock it or let alone even look at her as she stood there and knocked. Terrible way to do business we will not be back!!!

    I visited the store today to ship an Amazon return. This return required I print the label. I emailed it to them and the woman stated it would come up at the front printer, motioning for me to go get it myself. Not a big deal, just not something I have experienced at any of the UPS stores by where we live. They always go grab the label from any of their printers. Then I noticed she printed both pages, the first page was the printing instructions and the second page was label. Being that I wasn’t the only person there doing an Amazon return I am pretty confident this isn’t their first time printing these return shipping labels. It wouldn’t have taken more than a couple extra keystrokes on her end to print page 2 of 2 considering they charged $1.33 to print the label. That’s 66+ cents per page. The most I’ve been charged at another UPS store is 25 cents with the average being 10 cents and some still don’t charge. Not great customer service to take advantage of patrons. Makes you wonder how many times a day they do this. Will avoid this place when we visit family in the future.
