  In August I was preparing for a destination wedding so I had made several purchases from Amazon to try on, knowing I would be making several returns. To make it as easy as possible I added all the purchases to ONE return order (one QR code to scan) but selected UPS will package (no label and no box needed). The older man at the desk told me that was not possible, didn’t believe me, and took my phone out of my hand and proceeded to scroll without my permission to get “proof” that Amazon allowed that. A kinder woman in the back had to reassure him that it is not only possible, but she had returned more for another patron earlier that day. This is not the first time he has shown terrible customer service or simply not wanted to do his job like taping up boxes or packaging returns himself. I’m writing this review now, months later, because I not only still think about this interaction each time I have to select this location as a LOCAL MARCO RESIDENT, but he had the audacity to tell my mother to “go back to where she belongs”…. Which would be Marco Island since we’ve lived here over 25 years.

  Not only the worst UPS store, but one of the most awful stores I’ve ever been to in general. The miserable man who works the front desk is one of the rudest humans I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I think I speak for the whole island when I say we are all shocked this person still has his job. Today he YELLED at my mother in the parking lot of the store and called her an extremely demeaning word that I will not repeat here. He is disgusting. Do not come here and subject yourself to his misery. I’d drive the extra miles to go to Naples if I were you.

  Just awful customer service, the man waiting on me on Thursday evening on 10/23/25 almost reduced me to tears he was so rude, condescending, and unhelpful. I only returned 2 of 4 items and left because I couldn’t deal with his poor behavior. I asked him how long he had worked there and he said, “Eight years and if I have to deal with the snow birds again like last year, I will not make another year!” Assuming he was directing his comment to me, that was enough!

  I love UPS for their ease of use and friendly, helpful staff. I'm never disappointed when I pop into one of their stores to use a service they offer.

  I would give zero stars, but that’s not an option. This has to be one of the worst UPS stores in all of Collier County. I brought a package to be shipped out with a UPS label. I was struggling with a package and one of the employees who was smoking outside Hope to open the door for me but when I got inside, there were three employees sitting on the countertop one employee sauntered over and I asked what is the best way to ship this package and he goes I don’t know. He asked if I have a shipping label. I said I do at the next comment was it’s usually taped up and everything before we get it so I decided I would rather take it to a different UPS store. If you don’t have to ship on the island, don’t use the store.
