  Two more rude and ignorant women employees you could not find. Went in this morning to ship two large heavy boxes. We were told we are not shipping this morning until we figure out a glitch. How long? Could be an hour or more. Asked if i could leave my dolly with the 100 lbs of boxes. No. So now 2 elderly people get to reload the boxes in the vehicle. Well we wont ever be back. We have now found the happy lovely people at Global Pack and ship on Tamiami Trail east. Great experience

  I’ve never once had a bad experience at this store. Everybody is always very helpful and courteous. Love the service , sometimes it is very crowded , so the weight is a little long , but that can’t be helped , they all try their best

  Very disappointed in the interaction with the employee. The gentleman that helped me with some Amazon returns and an actual shipment was not pleasant at all. Zero personality. Was very obvious he did not want to be there. If the owner reads this, your employee was in his 60's. Not sure if that would narrow it down for you or not. Not to tell you how to operate your business but you may want to have an employee pow-wow to discuss customer relations and attitudes. Your employees are the face of your business.

  Yesterday, my wife and I went in to attempt to make copies for her business. The documents were on her computer. Being unfamiliar with the process, we asked a gentleman for assistance. He attempted to be helpful, giving us the store email to send the documents to. The woman he was working with then abruptly directed us to move “all the way over” to get us out of her way apparently. No smile, no please, just a feeling of MOVE. When we asked if they had a WiFi password, he said that they didn’t have one but if we went outside, we could probably pick one up. The same rude woman then blasted, without looking up, “You can rent a computer for $6.00!” We then decided to take our business ANYWHERE ELSE, due to her rudeness. Our recommendation…stay away, use Staples (like we did, very helpful), or OfficeMax.
