- DMDarlene MarshJan 29, 20255.0Yes, there is a drop off fee, HOWEVER, if you want to make sure your package gets mailed on time - I would go here. We found out, the hard way, that the "drop off" locations do not guarantee pickup. We took a package to a drop off at 11:20 AM. Paid for our Express, Next Day delivery for property closing docs. We were told it would be picked up by 4:30PM. The next day, it was still sitting at the drop off location and they could not guarantee it would be picked up the next day. We retrieved our package and took it to JWMarriott - Sylvia was wonderful and our package was handled properly.
