Gave the lady behind the counter my Amex and when she returned it to me, it slipped from my hand and fell between the gap of the shelf and back wall. 3 postmen looked for about 10 minutes. No trace of the card! What? The post lady checked with her supervisor and I was told they couldn't do anything until closing and to leave my phone number. They would call me. That was 2 days ago. Not a word😩. Of course Amex was great and sent me a new card overnight, after suspending the old one. Now to call all the auto pay bills with the new info. Very dissatisfied with the POs lack of concern and follow through.
