- AAAly3 days ago5.0I love this location! Whenever I go in to ship my stuff, the employees are super helpful and kind. I’ve had quite a few packages get lost in other locations and this location always goes above and beyond to get everything taken care of so I can get my packages. Our route’s mailman is always super friendly as well. Thank you everyone at this location for always being amazing!

I've repeatedly been told that my package was sent back with the wrong address when the address was correct- amazon would send 3 packages from the same order and only two would make it- I've been told to come in and pick up a package only to get there and be told that they'd sent it back to the seller, I've had staff tell me that their phone service has no idea that they're talking about, I've had packages marked as delivered that weren't and then staff told me they knew it wasn't actually delivered but that they'd left it at the office and would get it to me the next day, and I've had them mark packages as unable to be delivered when there was absolutely nothing preventing the delivery. Just now I got off the phone with someone regarding that last incident- she told me my package was there and I could come get it, and I said I was leaving then and would be there shortly. It was 4:22 when we had this conversation, she literally had my address right in front of her while we were talking to know it would take me 15 minutes to get there, and she said nothing about the fact that they close at 4:30, not 5. I'm sick and tired of this. I pay extra for prime for 2 day shipping and am repeatedly not getting my packages or am being lied to or misled about them. If there is any way to have amazon stop using USPS for final delivery I will find it.
