With that said, I wanna take a minute to thank the clerk who helped me yesterday. The costumer service was unbelievably great! There was only one guy at the window taking care of the costumers with such a great smile it made me feel I was in The write post office and I should be coming more often to handle my business here. His tag said Juan. So I wanna thank JUAN for being able to help me with an issue I had with my card. 🙄 Not only he had the patience to look into the problem, but he was able to guide me and explain the possible errors happening. He then proceeded to look into the issue and find a solution to the problem. No stress no making me fell guilty or bad for something that was put my control.😫 I was able to pay for my stamps and send my package 📦 and I am genuinely impressed by the way he handled the transaction.😬🙏🏻 Thank you so much Juan.🙏🏻 You are a sweetheart… Keep up the great work!

The service is good -but you have to go INSIDE the post office to talk to anyone - which makes it worth only 1 star! They need to improve this -some of us are handicapped and going inside the post office is difficult!
