  The Madeira Beach Post Office consistently provides excellent service. I especially want to recognize Jeanie and Thom at the front desk. They are outstanding. Jeanie is friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful every time I come in. She takes the time to answer questions, explain shipping options clearly, and make sure everything is handled correctly. It never feels rushed, even when the lobby is busy. The staff create a welcoming environment and treat customers with genuine kindness and professionalism. Their positive attitude makes a routine trip to the post office surprisingly pleasant. The Madeira Beach community is lucky to have them, and the USPS is lucky to have employees who represent the organization so well. Highly recommend the Madeira Beach Post Office.

  i assume that they just don’t want to fire jeanie or don’t want to read their reviews even though she has awful customer service, atleast put her in the back or a job that doesn’t require her to speak to customers or have to deal with them. My packages ended up saying they had to be picked up so when i went i made sure i was respectful and nice as i said i was here to pick up a few things and as soon as i said that she flipped the switch saying they never hold packages, after her arguing and being rude she made it seem like she had to go to china and back to get my packages from the back saying “i had to dig around to get this for you by the way”. it only took the man five minutes to find it so it wasn’t even her who actually got the package, she spoke to me like i was a child and was extremely rude. i always have an issue with this location from losing my packages and i have to deal with her everytime and from these reviews i’m not the only one. when i tried to show her my phone at what it was saying about me having to pick them up she waved me off saying they don’t hold packages for people without even looking. The manager has definitely heard people in store complaining about her and to actively ignore it is embarrassing and unprofessional showing they’re just as bad as her.

  This is prime real estate. How why would the United States Postal Service need to have a location here? Currently sitting on my balcony after paying all this money for a room and there is a diesel truck that is just blaring and sticking up the area with diesel fuse. For what people who are on vacation that need to have their mail delivered? I say we petition to have this thing moved into the mainland give this place to a good well deserving local company that can make a business and not pay a bunch of union that people to spend more time figuring out how not to work then actually doing their jobs? And I’m sure I’m not the only one who says that whenever I get something delivered from the United States Postal Service it is 90% of the time late or doesn’t show up at all
