    Son paid to have a piece of artwork shipped to CA that he was submitting for a contest. He went in on Tues March 3rd and informed store that pc needed to be at address by Mar 9th so they packed it and shipped to the PO Box he gave them. The rcpt states Expected Delv Mar 5th and the worker did inform him that it should make it no later than Mar 6th and then charged him $33.69 Priority Mail fee. Well pc still had not arrived by Mar 11th for which he missed deadline. He went in and has spoke with manager Shannon a couple of times and they informed him that due to USPS being involved it was never a guarantee that it would make it by the expected date on the rcpt he was given. They would not refund and the only thing she could do would be to pass it to her manager but he would have to pay it out of his own pocket if he chose to refund it to my son. They had no problem taking his money and now want to avoid doing the right thing by refusing to refund him. He goes to college, works part time and is in the Army Reserves so he is not rolling in extra cash but is passionate about his art and was willing to pay the extra so he could have a chance to enter this contest. Poor business on your part UPS do better.

    Nice efficient and clean. I use them for faxing ($2 a page 🤷‍♀️) also notary ($10 👍🏼) and of course shipping across the nation. Drop off to return stuff. In and out pretty fast. Nice place to do business.

    I went in with a problem with my return to Amazon, my fault. I didn’t look at the website that I needed to print a label. I came from Chipley so I didn’t want to take it back with me. Michelle took care of everything I needed and made me feel good about me being careless. I thanked her for everything she did for me and I was on my way! So happy she crossed my path today!!!

    Came in to have a document notarized . According to the kind gentleman working there was one notary available. She (Michelle) then turned around looked at us pretty aggressively and stated it would be “a while” before she could help. The gentleman employee looked as shocked as we were at the tone. We asked what “a while” was as we could come back later if need be. She then very aggressively stated 3 times in a one or two minute span it would be “a while” she couldn’t give a time frame. The gentlemen behind the counter spoke up and said it wouldn’t be long. She did eventually changed her tone a little when she saw the look on my face and that I was looking for her name tag. It was quite embarrassing to feel like we were being scolded like a child by someone we’d never met. A few moments later she did come take care of us. My husband then tried to explain where the stamp and signage would need to go and she said” hun I don’t care where you sign I just need your signature on my paper”. This was just a REAL bad experience. I utilize this store a lot and have always had amazing customer service, no matter how busy they are. Was this not the case. This experience would have kept me from being a repeat customer. I understand having a bad day. But this was way over the top. I would like to give kudos to the young guy working her was very helpful and kind.
