I explained the addresesses were flipped on the box that I was returning and she said that I can't do that and went on a tirade about priority shipping. I asked her how we could get the address corrected and she finally just handed me a blank label to rewrite the addresses. She could have done this in the first place. She genuinely made me feel bad before pushing me off unto her male associate to finish shipping. She made sporadic and unprofessional comments the rest of the time I was in there shipping the package. USPS needs to find associates who actually want to work and are consumer oriented, or retrain their current staff on how to politely respond to questions and assist customers.
