Great place to live! The home is clean, well-kept, and in a quiet area. Communication was easy and professional. I’d definitely recommend this property.

This post office needs some help. They keep sending my packages (and others in my neighborhood) to the wrong houses and aren’t very helpful. Same with mail. I get random peoples mail and I keep having to deliver it to them myself. Also they never pick up the phone…. I had a missing package for two weeks and when they finally answered their phone they told me which house is was delivered to (of course it was not my house) so I ended up just going there myself to pick it up because they did not do anything to help.

I sent a package from OK to Lutz, FL that was returned. However, no one at my local post office could locate it. I'd received notification via a text msg., that the package had been delivered in Tulsa, OK. on 01/16/26. I'd gone to the post office nearest me (Chimney Hills in South Tulsa), and one of their manager's said, "They'd look into it then contact me." However, no one did. So I had to call the USPS toll-free number & ask for a 'Service Request', that was submitted & completed by a really nice Representative, Tyina. And not even 30 minutes later, I received a call from Mark at ths location (in Lutz, FL). He was so friendly, and really attempting to help me find ths package. Once I gave Mark pertinent details, he was able to track down EXACTLY where the package was delivered. Mistakenly, it was sent to an apt. complex not far from my residential home address. It should've went to "81st Street" to the 3rd-party mail carrier that I'd used for USPS pickups/drop-offs. Unfortunately, it went to the aforementioned complex that is on "71st Street", instead. Gratefully, Mark took the time to 'Listen' to my concerns, and was the ONLY Person, who was able to track down my package. As a result, I was able to contact the leasing office, and speak with an Agent. I go tomorrow morning (01/21/26) to pick it up, so that it can be resent. I appreciate Mark, as well as the professionalism, and empathy he showed me. I'd informed him that I didn't want to have to submit a claim for "money", and that I only wanted my missing package due to its Sentimental value. Again, 'Thank You' Mark!

I usually don’t leave negative reviews and chalk it up to someone’s just having a bad day. However, after reading other reviews after my visit the other day, I know this was not a stand alone event. The young long-haired lady was truly unnecessarily rude, flippant, and impudent. There was only one other person in line in front of me so I didn’t have to wait long, but right away the lady was super unwelcoming and rude. It was shocking how blatantly rude she was. Every question I had seemed to openly annoy her. She persisted to give unhelpful responses and dismissive gestures as if she couldn’t wait to be done with me even though there was no one waiting in line behind me. As someone who works in the service industry myself, I always go out of my way to be kind and understanding to others working similar jobs but this was appalling and uncalled for. I have never been treated so poorly before. What really rubbed me the wrong way, is that when prompted on the screen to rate your experience, she very quickly reaches over and aggressively taps the screen to rate herself “excellent service”before customers even have a chance to lift a finger towards the screen. This tells me she does this all the time and she is completely aware of how badly she is treating people. Management really needs to remove this lady as she is clearly miserable.

This location is genuinely not helpful in the slightest. If you have packages coming and the tracking says it’s made it to lutz, don’t expect to get that package because they’ll send it RIGHT BACK to another location and your package will just circulate between multiple facilities because they either fail to properly go through the packages they receive that day and will just send em off or they just don’t care and send em off anyways even though the package is supposed to be at the LUTZ location. I’ve had TWO!!!! separate packages go through this cycle when it would’ve been easily fixable if someone was just paying attention, because how does that happen twice? How do they not realize where the package is supposed to be with the ADDRESS on the box??? You’re better off marking the mail as missing rather than calling the help line too, they’ll give you misinformation and tell you your package DOESNT HAVE AN ADDRESS and they’re sending it back to sender. I have genuinely had it with USPS in general, unhelpful, uninformed apparently, and impatient with you on the phone.
