- EAEdie Ahrman-DemareeDec 16, 20251.0I stood in line in this Post Office for about 20 minutes, I arrived around 4:20 PM and my receipt is dated 4:41 PM. Because of this, I am now late for my doctors appointment. There was only like three people in front of me. The big problem was that there was only one man working by himself, and right before I was helped there was a long-haired female. I believe she walked through the front door, so I’m assuming she had been on break. It’s not a very smart idea to let people go on break during one of the busiest times of the day, ( also right before Christmas ) by the time I was helped there probably was about nine people behind me all extremely aggravated. In my normal Post Office I go to at least once a week, I have never waited more than like four minutes in line at that post office. It is a lot smaller than yours and they always have at least two people working most of the time three. I was extremely DISsatisfied and I think whoever is the manager of this location needs to figure out a way to make it run more efficiently.
