They wanted $50+ because and tried to justify a bunch of fake fees. Went to another UPS… $30 I send the same box, same weight a lot per year. Yes UPS as a whole has seen price hikes but every store I go to is $15- $30 depending on variables and distance in the US. No one has ever offered ground at $50+. It’s a scam and they sure don’t want to have a conversation about helping a small business understand the pricing. Nasty people and the manager was equally as combative. Hate people like this. I’ll never do business here and I hope this message helps someone else not get taken by these people.

She showed me an upgrade option using this shimmer cardstock and my project came out looking great! I am so ecstatic and very pleased. I'll be referring everyone I know.
