He had a big rush of people coming in and was so friendly and upbeat, and was working his butt off! I forget his name his was young , tall, light skinned black young man I believe. Sorry I forgot his name. I hope this QR code knows the store and his schedule. I’m a Manager in the Customer Service field all my life and he is a “KEEPER”. Never have had a nicer person in any UPS Store. He was so sweet and caring. The lady in front of us was a mess with her returns and he was very calm and collected. Would make a good store manager some day!
