- DIDenise IniJul 31, 20251.0Terrible customer service lately I used to come to this USPS location all the time and never had an issue. There was a very kind lady and a few helpful gentlemen who always made the process smooth. But the last two times I’ve come, the service has been awful. I went yesterday around 3:30 p.m. and the woman working that time had a terrible attitude. I always go in, give the address, and they take care of everything. This time she told me they no longer had regular packages and if I wanted to ship something, I’d have to pay for express. I’ve done this before, and she just said “no” without offering any help or explanation. There was even a lady ahead of me who had the exact same issue. Clearly, these new employees don’t want to work. It’s really disappointing because this place used to be reliable for me. If someone doesn’t want to do their job, they should be replaced with someone who actually does.
