The clerks demeanor and tone came across as rude, loud and frustrating simply because I clearly didn’t understand the zoning or mapping for the region where I live. Never did I imagine the post office located nearly diagonal and walking distance from my home would not be able to provide me with service. I appreciate her explaining it to me, however it was rather humiliating in front of everyone. I’m sure she experiences this on a regular basis, hence her frustration. But they can either provide a written explanation so customers can understand better.

I completed a change of address online was advised to go inside and show id. first off the hours at loughton is ridiculous.i arrive at the location to be told the barcode(usps emailed) has expired and is only good for 20days.. WHYYYYYY. If I’m in here with proper identification. So I was instructed to go back online, pay again for a change of address to receive the email yet again so they can help because there are no change of address cards there(why not). Of course I now have problems with paying online because of my billing address on my card is different usps will wait 7business days before forwarding. WHYYYYYYYYYY.. all of this insane. Why isn’t someone able to confirm ID in person and update info in the computer. Why the back and forth 2hours wasted and it’s still not done. This is beyond BS.
