- SSSilencedMatrix (Sauro)Feb 10, 20261.0I had a package get delivered to my mailbox cluster in Sabal Point, Clubside. I was there 20 minutes after it was shown delievered. It wasn't in my box. I rushed to this location. Alex the manager helped me. Came over to the boxes to try to find it. Called the carrier I believe named Sam because it wasn't there. Sam acted like no big deal it wasn't his issue. Alex said he would call me back that day or the following day (this was Friday 2/6). He didn't, I waited until today to go in and complain and figure out what is going on. They are reckless at this location with mail delivery. They lost a package that can't be remade because it was one of a kind with no remorse and didn't care. The only person who was nice at this location is Jorge at the front desk. HIGHLY RECOMMEND using USPS/Fedex or other carriers for mail/packages. USPS the last year has gone to complete garbage!

- A緑先輩May 19, 20251.0I have repeatedly received mail sorted at this post office that was already opened. I have never had this issue before and can't believe I'm having it now. I'm not sure if they don't realize that this is a felony, but it is. If it happens again I'm going to get law enforcement and the postmaster general involved.
