- TMTom Montgomery5 days ago3.0First: our mail carrier stays on the phone the entire time she is posting mail into our mail boxes - this leads to her frequently posting mail to the wrong boxes; and, she has left the entire mail box open all day for access to everyone's mail (see photo). On 12/31/2025, I handed a package, with a pre-paid postage label, to a USPS driver (in a USPS van) delivering packages to a neighbor. The package did not arrive at our local post office (1.3 miles away) until today (1/7/2026) - 7 days for it to go 1.3 miles, with a 3-day delivery promise (to Alabama)! Not sure how long it will now take for the package to be delivered in Alabama. I would give just one star, but other services, at our local post office, are usually fine.
