What a comparison this horrible experience compared to the Apopka Fedex on 434 where Abraham serves customers with excellence, as well as the manager and 3 others. The manager said, "the people you call on the 800 # don't know anything and will tell you anything! Blame shifting is the mind set of losers, Employee # 291726 should go back to driving a truck where he belongs! Doesn't even deserve one star!
