Tracking information is NEVER right, there is no communication from their side if something is held up, and the customer service reps just do not care one bit. My last experience was picking up a package at this location. When I walked in, the lobby was completely empty. While waiting to see a human employee, three other customers came and and we all commiserated about how Fedex had messed up our deliveries. Once we finally got an employee and I voiced my displeasure about not being told anything about my package and it sitting here for three days, the employees response was "Well, here it is" I realize that customer service, in general, is dead; but this employees flippant attitude took it to a new level.

The package was not delivered even on 10/14. I called them in the evening on 10/14 and was told that the delivery will be attempted on 10/15. I have waited for the package until 12 PM on 10/15 as per the status in the tracking. The package was still not delivered. I made a call to the customer service and they connected me to this location to speak to someone there. I was told that package was loaded in the wrong truck and the delivery will be attempted once the truck is back to shipping center. This is absolutely pathetic and irresponsible service experience that I am going through currently.
- JJJacqueline JacobsSep 22, 20251.0Driver could care less about waiting for someone to come to the door within a minute, knock and dip is their strategy, sorry we missed you notes are their best way of helping you out, FedEx absolutely sucks, website is God awful, if you hate your job that much to rush off and empty your truck before 5 so you can be home here’s a thought, work from home, get a job you actually enjoy so someone who is willing to have the patience to actually drop off a package and be beneficial to society can fill your dreaded position, hurry up and get robots in to replace these people my God. Maybe we’d be able to actually get what we pay for on time.
