- AMAquarius Club General ManagerMar 13, 20261.0I had an employee drop off a return package here and the store charged $405 for shipping, about three times the original shipping cost! Less than an hour after the transaction, I called to have them stop the shipping process since I figured the package was still at the store and had not gone out yet. I was told by the UPS Store employee that once the label is created there is “no possible way” to cancel or refund it. They said they would lose out on the cost of the label, and I even offered to cover the label fee if they would refund the rest and return my items, but they still refused. I was then instructed that the receipt states items marked “NR” are not eligible for return, but none of the line items on my receipt were marked NR, so not a valid argument. Very frustrating experience and extremely poor customer service. I will not use this store again and will go out of my way to avoid it.
