  The customer service is amazing! Those guys go above and beyond! They acknowledged me as I walked in by saying hello, helped me and also saved me money by using a more efficient shipping box! The guys are the best!

  This is a UPS I will keep coming back to! I brought in a handful of Amazon items that I needed to return and was immediately greeted by friendly and energetic staff. Hunter was a huge helpl!

  I have been using the longboat key UPS Store for 30 years. I was just recently introduced to the new owner Hunter. Hunter is extremely knowledgeable and employs an excellent staff. I am sure he will make sure the store will continue to provide Excellent service for all of us depending on the services the store provides .

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at this UPS Store and honestly can’t recommend it enough. The new owner, Hunter, is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cares about his customers. You can tell he runs the store with pride and high standards. His team, Eric and Ryan, are just as helpful and professional — friendly, patient, and efficient every time I come in. They make what’s usually a stressful errand (shipping, printing, returns, etc.) feel easy and smooth. The whole place feels well-run, welcoming, and organized. Customer service like this is rare these days, and it really shows that Hunter has built a great team. I’ll definitely continue coming here and recommending this location to friends and family.
