At this point I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for someone to come change the locks on this mailbox. Unfortunately because I had entirely too much faith in you guys, I now have 3 packages in there, just waiting. Everytime my husband goes and asks what the actual hell is going on, he is told to wait "2 days and the guy that does it will be in touch". NO ONE EVER CALLS. I'll update if we make it to 3 weeks without me having any access to my mail.

Does anyone else on the north side of Houston have problems with not getting their packages delivered on Sunday? For some strange reason, they can find the driveway or steps on Sundays, but it's all good during the week. I have a strange feeling the carrier is picking up the packages and then going home and getting paid for doing no work at all.

They have to hire responsible staff. This is unacceptable.

Literally half the time I order anything online, the local postal carrier delivers it to one of my neighbors. My address numbers are on my mailbox in 2 inch gold letters! No amount of complaints affect their poor delivery skills.
