  Amazing staff, solved a problem i had no idea that could flag my package as undeliverable and since this is for my handicapped son all the way in Colorado I just couldn't have a shipping delay.

  I’ve seen some bad reviews on this store but took them with a grain of salt. Then I experienced the worst customer service ever, this morning. A young man working the store could not have been less welcoming, less supportive and have less people skills if he tried. I know that ‘customers’ can be a difficult at best these days, but wow! I may drive to Lake City or pay a little extra to get a home pick before having to deal with a business person like this.

  The owner of this store has a very poor attitude and treats employees badly. Every time I visit and he is present, the staff looks stressed, uncomfortable, and unhappy. It creates a very negative environment for both employees and customers. Recently, I brought a package from home to ship. The box was already packed, but I had run out of tape to reinforce it. Instead of offering a simple solution—like adding tape for a small fee, selling me tape, or even suggesting an alternative—the owner flatly refused to accept the package, claiming it was “not in a box.” This made absolutely no sense, as the package was clearly in a box. What bothered me the most was not the policy, but the lack of basic customer service. He offered no solution, cut me off mid-conversation, and walked away, leaving me standing there without any help. How hard would it have been to apply two small pieces of tape? How much does that really cost to make a customer feel valued? This is not the kind of customer service that aligns with what you expect from an American business. Since that experience, I take my packages to Lake City instead, where people greet you, smile, and actually try to help. I will not be returning to this location.
