  This is absolutely the best UPS. The kids are very capable and kind and I love this store.

  Absolutely the worst UPS Store I’ve ever been to. I walked in with a simple UPS RS (return service) return package. You can even had these straight to the UPS drivers. Every UPS Store on earth is supposed to take, and they flat-out refused to accept it unless I bought their ridiculous “pre-certified box,” which is NOT a real requirement and they know it. They tried to force a pointless upsell on a package that was already labeled and ready to ship. It felt dishonest, lazy, and completely unprofessional. If you want your package handled correctly or don’t want to get scammed into buying something you don’t need, avoid this place. I’ll never go back.

  I went last Monday and mailed gifts out to my cousin in Mass. Well...2 items were taken out. Sent out weight and received weight was off by 3 oz. I should have never handed him the package. And it cost me $16.00 for them to rob me. Called the store and they dont even care. Told me to file my complaint online and they will do their own investigation. What??? Your employees are stealing from outgoing packages and you're not concerned? Or are you in on it too. Don't recommend. I will never go there again!
