  I am older and never really used a computer for my jobs Other than to punch in and out. I do limited emailing and recording on my phone for work. I don’t own a computer and I don’t own a printer. THAT Is why I need to go to Staples or Office Depot. Office Depot wouldn’t help me so I gave them a nasty review and have never been back. Went to the Lighthouse Point store today and was extremely disappointed. I was on my way to work. I needed to be there by 12:30 and I got to your store at 11:45. I had six documents to print out. They sent me to the self service, I tried and tried and couldn’t get it to work. So I asked the lady behind the counter to help me and of course she had other people she was waiting on as well. She kept having me email it over and over until I got a code and then she printed it up for me. I told her I would pay extra if they would just do it for me, but she kept having me do it and I didn’t know what I was doing. That might sound unfathomable to people who use computers every day, but I haven’t. I didn’t grow up with computers and they are very frustrating for me. I was in that store for 45 minutes and I ended up with three of the six documents that I needed.I STILL Have to go back and make a special trip; the closest Staples in 6 miles from my house. I was late for work, I didn’t get what I needed, I didn’t get the help that I needed and I was very frustrated. I did however get charged the price that you get charged if people help you. I don’t mind paying extra if they.DO EVERYTHING FOR ME. I am really angry and have a lot of cuss words on my mind and I’d like to spew them all out. I don’t know why they can’t do it for you if you email documents to them. You should have some price for SOMEBODY WHO WILL DO THE WHOLE JOB IF YOU EMAIL IT TO THEM. because I am completely inept when it comes to computers. I ended up paying $1.55 on one machine and 950 something at the cash register so I spent $11 and got 16 copies and did NOT EVEN GET A COMPLETE COMPLETED JOB

  I used to be a loyal customer of this store and regularly relied on its services, but unfortunately today I had a very disappointing experience. What upset me the most was not just the situation itself, but the way the staff handled it. There was a woman using the printer when I arrived. She was on the phone, and so was I. Even though I arrived after her and spent less time there, she called an employee to complain about me, claiming I was disturbing her. The situation felt clearly xenophobic, and instead of addressing it properly, the staff chose to support her behavior. That is unacceptable. Because of this, I will not be returning, and I hope others take this into consideration as well.

  I live in Lighthouse Point for 41 years , been going to this store as long as I can remember, Horrible customer service , will never go again , what a shame, looking for cables and and one person spoke hardly any English and had to look things up on his cell phone and still couldn't help . 2nd person just walked away said he will get back to me , no one In store , Horrible , no one knows anything 😪 not qualified to be working there .

  Nicaya was incredibly helpful while I was trying to pick up a print order that I had paid to have expedited. It was supposed to be ready at 5:45, but there was an issue locating it. She went above and beyond, trying to get assistance from another employee, Joe, so we could resolve it quickly. Unfortunately, Joe had already decided to close the printing area early (around 5:45) I had been there since 5:20 and refused to come out to help, even though it would have taken just a few minutes. His lack of support and urgency was frustrating and disappointing. Nicaya, on the other hand, was clearly doing her best while essentially running the store on her own. She remained patient, professional, and helpful throughout the situation. She deserves recognition for her effort. Will be canceling my order

  It's a Staples, and it's a rather large Staples, and they don't have enough employees. You could wait quite a while to check out or return an Amazon package. If you need something and they happen to have it in stock, they may be the only game in town, but it wouldn't be my first or second choice at all.
