- CLChristine Laliberte2 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience at this location. While waiting in line, I watched a clerk speak harshly and impatiently to an older woman who was simply trying to explain what she needed. She was interrupted and not given the time or respect to finish. When I calmly tried to support her, the clerk turned her frustration toward me—raising her voice and repeatedly telling me to step back, even though I was standing appropriately in line. When it was my turn, her tone made it clear she would refuse service if I didn’t stay quiet. I asked for a manager and was vaguely pointed to a corner with no real assistance. What’s most concerning is that after leaving, another customer told me she was already familiar with this employee and that this behavior is ongoing. A quick look at reviews shows this is not an isolated incident. No customer—especially an older individual—should be treated this way. This location seriously needs to address this pattern of behavior.

- TRThe RuryksterJan 29, 20261.0I’ve been at this location many times dropped off packages. Never before have I encountered such a rude obnoxious behavior from a clerk at the counter. Usually, I encounter very chipper and happy people and are kind when they speak to you. If you happened to make an error of any kind, gentle correction is fine. Never ever speak condescending to a customer. Wish there was a lower rating below one star.
