I find it hard to believe that delivery notifications are wrong. This is ruining my livelihood to where I am going to lose my house. Nice knowing you, Leesburg. I love the delivery drivers. But I just got off the phone with the rudest person yet today, and I work in customer service. She said “how can I help you?” I answered with my situation and she literally said “ok you need to explain that better because how you explained it, you didn’t explain it right.” I dumbed it down to age five, and she just wanted to be rude for the sake of being rude for the entire conversation. My father just died. This is right after my best friend and before that, my nephew, also passed. All this year. I wish others in customer service would consider that there are humans on the other line. Maybe she just hates people for no reason. I don’t understand how people have the ability to be demeaning to others, without provocation. This was after my 4th call to them, as they allow the phone to ring and ring until it rings busy. Lowering to one star. It only gets worse and it’s been over a month of this palpable change.
