- KCKae Cab4 days ago1.0Many times I'm am home and watch her put the mail in, only to find a pink slip saying "sorry we missed you." Never even got out of the truck. Now I have a package that has been delayed for more than a week and they don't answer the phone either. I have no idea where it is and the pink slip says "redelivery unavailable"
- TMTina MangrumDec 8, 20251.0I jus left your post office at 4:20,Dec 8th 2025.The teller/associate/postal worker was very rude,I asked her to scan my prepaid package and she was annoyed by that request,she went on to say she was going to get fired tday under her breath.Letting me know my request was problematic for her. I dont know what's going on w her but I highly doubt she following your customer service standards.I dont think she appreciated being busy,I only had one package.Her attitude left me concerned about my package I just left w her.Not a good feeling for me n highly unusual for this location.

There is a tan complexion woman with dark hair who will talk to you in a condescending & disrespectful tone, as if you should know the Information you’re asking for. I’m not sure what happened to the other lady that worked there for a while but this locations service is not good.

She is the most disrespectful rude nasty person. I've ever met in my life. She should never work in a Post Office. And the reason why is you need to work with customers every day. Every day, I have a smile on your face. The way I look at it if you don't like your job. Go work with someone else. It's that simple. When I was there, even the employee's are scared to even talk to her.Because she's so nasty and disrespectful to them.
