- TRThe RuryksterJan 29, 20261.0I’ve been at this location many times dropped off packages. Never before have I encountered such a rude obnoxious behavior from a clerk at the counter. Usually, I encounter very chipper and happy people and are kind when they speak to you. If you happened to make an error of any kind, gentle correction is fine. Never ever speak condescending to a customer. Wish there was a lower rating below one star.

Now I have a package that has been delayed for more than a week and they don't answer the phone either. I have no idea where it is and the pink slip says "redelivery unavailable"
- TMTina MangrumDec 8, 20251.0I jus left your post office at 4:20,Dec 8th 2025.The teller/associate/postal worker was very rude,I asked her to scan my prepaid package and she was annoyed by that request,she went on to say she was going to get fired tday under her breath.Letting me know my request was problematic for her. I dont know what's going on w her but I highly doubt she following your customer service standards.I dont think she appreciated being busy,I only had one package.Her attitude left me concerned about my package I just left w her.Not a good feeling for me n highly unusual for this location.

There is a tan complexion woman with dark hair who will talk to you in a condescending & disrespectful tone, as if you should know the Information you’re asking for. I’m not sure what happened to the other lady that worked there for a while but this locations service is not good.
