this UPS runs professionally and efficiently. I am always greeted and taken care of. Have been with them for 3 years and I am always happy with their services. The negative comments I would not pay too much attention because some people do not understand how costly things are and are used to be catered to. Everyone needs to understand tat if you encounter a situation Nick will be happy to help you. one should not let one bad experience keep you from this business. come back and give them a second chance. The 5 stars id not enough 20 out of 5.
