Since moving and updating the postal service with our new address, no packages have been forwarded to the new address (8 miles away) and we have to track them down to pick them up here which is barely possible since they're only open while we're at work. I wish they had a direct number to call but it's just the 1-800 ON HOLD for an hour customer "service" number.
