After she nearly made me cry because of my service dog, gave me a nasty attitude about it not being a service dog without asking me for documentation, and because I asked a question about the shipping price, which was double of what it showed on the screen and she didn't bother to explain the charges until after I asked. I selected the sad face for service, which she apparently has access to see, and proceeded to make fun of me for crying, and say "her service was perfect and she cant make everyone happy" in a very condescending tone. I hope everything is on camera, and she heals so that other people with mental illness do not have to interact with her. Just be kind, you never know what someone might be going through.
