  Staples in general should be ashamed. No wonder they’re going out of business. 2 locations in south Florida an hour apart and this one is ABYSMAL. Don’t go here if you’re expecting to be assisted at any point in time. They stopped their Amazon returns and STILL can’t find the time to help customers OR EVEN ANSWER THEIR PHONES!

  Absolutely atrocious customer service. I spend thousands of dollars with Staples all over the country without issue. This one was miserable. I spoke with three different people, none of whom could answer a simple question: "Do you have a laser printer instead of an ink jet"? I got bounced around to multiple people, placed on hold, hung up on, called back, same thing.... it's ridiculous.

  On Saturday, January 31, 2026 I made an in store purchase. I was at the same store about 3 weeks ago and they didn't have any of the items in stock that I needed. I returned again and the shelves were still empty and unorganized. I went there to do a "happy return" , and make a purchase, which I couldn't get everything I needed cause the shelves were not stocked. While the cashiers were pleasant, I waited quite some time at both lines until a cashier finally showed up, from g-d knows where, to assist me. The cashiers were pleasant, but had no knowledge as to how their coupons works, or how to precess my purchase thru my staples rewards account. The length of time I waited until they finally figured the system out was unacceptable. It feels like this store is going out of business, but if not, then it should be. I will never shop there again. Office Depot is much better and so is Amazon. Don't waste your time at this staples in Tamarac, FL.

  Unfortunately this use to be my best spot for any inconvenience when it comes to printing. UNFORTUNATELY THEY HAVE A VERY YOUNG LIGHTSKIN BOY WITH DREADS THAT WORKS IN THE PRINTING CENTER. Very disrespectful, doesn’t do his job. Very slick remarks under his breath. I asked the individual if the only printer he directed me to was work because the others one kept messing up and he had the WORST attitude talking about “What kind of question is that”. I don’t know if this individual wasn’t properly trained or doesn’t have any manners to begin with but Staples need to do better because that was so unnecessary. I wasn’t the only one who he was being disrespectful but I will be the one to report it. Thank you very much and take my review into consideration!
