  I’ve come to this location multiple times because it’s convenient and usually fast, but customer service has been inconsistent, and my most recent experience was the final straw. On an earlier visit, I explained that I needed a specific number of labels. The employee asked if I wanted a sheet instead. I said no and repeated the exact quantity I needed, not realizing pricing was per sheet. Instead of clearly explaining that at the time, she said something to her coworker in Spanish and then told me afterward that labels only come by the sheet. That lack of clear communication felt unprofessional and avoidable. Most recently, I went in to print my usual labels at 2x3 dimensions. This time, they were printed extremely small to the point where the text was barely readable. No one asked clarifying questions or pointed out that the sizing looked off before printing. The job was completed anyway, and at checkout I was casually told, “Small, right?” As the customer, I rely on staff to flag issues like that before materials are wasted. Because of repeated poor communication and lack of attention to detail, I’ll be requesting a refund and won’t be returning. I recommend double-checking everything carefully if you choose to use this location. From the work to what you are being charged.

  I came to PostNet to get fingerprints taken for a Level 2 background check, and Nancy A. was phenomenal. I’ve had this process done many times over the past 10+ years, and she was by far the most efficient and smoothest I’ve ever experienced. She knew exactly what she was doing, made the whole process quick and stress-free, and was very professional and friendly throughout. I also want to mention the owner, who was incredibly kind and welcoming, even though I didn’t catch his name. Overall, this location offers top-notch service, and I highly recommend coming here—especially if you need fingerprinting and other printing services such as blueprints, cards, banners, mailbox rentals… done quickly and correctly.

  I have been using PostNet Lauderhill for my printing needs for over 8 years for both of my business Wright Encouragement and Wright Insurance and and I have had a great experience every time. Natalie and Ramon are the absolute best; they are professional, creative and accommodating. They are great with talking through ideas to maximize the end results. The graphic designers are talented and the efficient. I love going there and will continue to use their service. Thank you all for being awesome!

  I came here for printing and binding. I asked for the price during the process and was told $3.75. After completing the product I was told the cost is 80$. I received a plain, cheap, spiral bound color booklet ~90 pages for 80$. I am not happy with the product or the service. I was charged double the cost of normal color printing and quoted an incorrect price. As far as I can tell this place is a scam, that profiting off of pretending not to understand English. I’ve requested a refund.
