She took a patient’s time she even did the color pictures for me and then there was a mess up and she actually redid them for me 10 out of 10 for sure not my regular UPS store but definitely will be my new one.

They just tell me to contact my insurance company or call customer service, when obviously someone is making off with the packages inside the store. It's absurd how this store disregards its customers and how they don't care if you suffer financial loss or not. UPS should conduct an audit and check the security cameras at that store.

Tristan was amazing and patient and kind and way beyond competent and helpful. My multiple returns, after going through some hoops with Amazon customer service, came off without a hitch. I was nervous and apprehensive, but Tristan's calm, chill and reassuring demeanor made the experience a winning one, and I was relieved and happy, happy, happy!!
