  I always use this staples for my small business printing needs. The staff is wonderful and the store is clean! Brooke in the printing department is wonderful! She's always helping laminate or print something or help me come up with different printing ideas! Great store!

  Very bad customer service. I came to the store to print some papers for my business and Brooke was not helpful at all. Never come back there that is why people love Amazon.

  Disappointed!! Okay so I went here to see if I can find some invitations that I can print up on my own. I went down one aisle and saw maybe one or two things that I have that were available. So I know that this place has a Party City and says there's all kinds of invitations and other things here. But I could not find what I was looking for. I couldn't find an associate anywhere. I ended up staying by the ink Department hoping that somebody would come and answer the call but nobody ever came after 2 minutes waiting even though they were kept paging for someone needs help in the ink department. There's only one person that check out. This is my the first time i had a hard time finding someone to help. If there's anything positive I could say about the Staples is that at least I can come and return my stuff here but that's the only thing. There's never anybody there that can help.

  make sure you are NOT going to need help with questions on products or sale items.or God forbid you actually want to purchase an item and it's in a large box and you need assistance- forget about it.this store never has anyone to help you.

  Every time I come into this Staples in Seminole, Florida, the staff are not friendly, always very unprofessional! Not really good for the Staples Business!!!
