Absolutely awful Largo post office!! The workers are as slow as molasses behind the counter. They hate their job. Never smile. And rarely have more than one person on to serve you. Even if the line is super long, they just don’t care and won’t ask for help. Some people from the back stick their head out and then hide. The only bright spot is Tiffany. She is fast and happy, pleasant and works 3 times faster than the guys. Please examine your staff situation and consider some changes.

This is to save someone else from heartache. They received my package at 50 8th Ave SW, Largo, FL 33770 And lost it. That box was from my Sister. It contained all my pictures and letters from my husband who passed away. When tracked, it arrived in Largo and was being delivered by 9am. This was Thursday September 11th. Then that changed to 3 pm. Then to 9pm which they don't even deliver at that time. After calling a few times and being shuffled around from customer service, finally someone offered to put in a service request. And I got an email saying they were working on investigating. Thanks for my patience. Then the website said "delivery unknown". And stayed that way all weeked. Then Monday the 15th it said out for delivery. So since it kept changing, I walked to the post office and asked for a supervisor. She said that she was going to talk to the driver. And call me back as soon as he arrived back from his delivery which was to my apartment building. And she would tell me the next steps. Well that never happened. So today Sept, 16th I walked there again to see if they could help me. And she said it's so weird because they did get the package but she has no idea what happened to it. So if your considering using USPS, especially for something cherishable then you may want to consider a different mail carrier.
