Calls me over just to be so distracted by another customer I had to redirect his attention back to me multiple times while I’m standing right in front of him. He did not even acknowledge the first attempt. Then while I’m asking for his help he basically is telling me to contact my carrier after I just drove all the way up there specifically for help. Esp since you can’t get through to anyone on the phone I found that response counterintuitive. I had to challenge his logic multiple times to get him to contact the carrier for me. Why else do you think I drove all the way up here, just to further lengthen the process? Seriously…
