  Rude as people that cannot help people at the copy machine area they can't help customers out print out pages for a book Brooklyn people are so rude here

  A bit challenging to find what I wanted. Evidently this is a smallish Staples. Ultimately what I was looking for was not stocked in this branch. The cashier was very nice and helped me make an online order for next day delivery. (It worked perfectly!) Overall an excellent experience.

  I went there Sunday to have instructions for a cross stitch project enlarged for my wife. She’s done this many times before at the Seminole Staples and the Paramus, NJ Staples. This time it was a problem. There were two women working there, not the ones who helped my wife before - I was told the price would be over $75 or $95 if I want to wait. They said it could Jimmy be done as a poster. All the times before it was enlarged on to blueprint paper. They said they can’t do that anymore because they need to keep the blueprint paper for blueprints. Today we went to OfficeMax/Office Depot. No problem. Just under $12 for both directions enlarged and it was done within the hour. My wife and I have had business accounts for Staples for over 25 years. Guess they don’t value our business. Office Max/Office Depot took care of us abs provided what we needed and did it quickly and cost effectively. Guess it’s time for us to change.

  Retraining is clearly needed with regard to customer service, specifically at the print counter. Every time I go in there for assistance, the same woman with brown wavy hair and glasses is hyper focused on her print job to the exclusion of assisting people that are standing at the counter. Career management professional here. Greet people when entering your area in a timely fashion, apologize if you are otherwise occupied and state that you will be with them as soon as possible. A friendly attitude goes a long way. People don't mind waiting if they are treated well.
