She purchased four greenwise 27 gallon clear tubs, which are these big, unwieldy, 7 pound boxes, but the woman who rang her up missed the sale price, a difference of $3 each. My grandma got them out to her car, looked at her receipt, and realized she didn't get the sale price. Hey, no big deal, mistakes happen! What bothers me is that when my grandmother went back in a couple minutes later, the male cashier who "helped" her right the first cashier's mistake told her to bring all 4 identical tubs back inside, even though they're clearly an identical item on the receipt. I can understand a necessity to bring one back inside for the UPC (you could also probably grab one from inside, but maybe it's policy to use the customer's? Benefit of the doubt)... but it clearly wasn't necessary to have a little old lady muscle all 4 of the same big, ugly item in again from the parking lot. I don't think anybody was being malicious, but I don't think I'm being unfair when I say that there was zero thought or care being put into customer service there. I'm not asking the moon here, I'm just saying, $12 in this economy and 28 pounds for a septuagenarian aren't nothing, and I'm disappointed ☹️ ther

However I also needed to print something and there are 2 men sitting there doing absolutely nothing, stood there for a good 10 mins and neither one of them asked if they could help me. A lady walked up one of the guys asked if they could help her. She walked away as I continued to wait but still they never asked if they could help me. These 2 employees make your entire store look bad...absolutely will never be back again for anything!
