  The print machines don't have Bluetooth and takes a minimum of 5 minutes to be able to use after you send in your docs. Then your machine will time out and you have to start over. They also refused to mail a package that was wrapped in brown parcel paper. He said I'd have to put it in a bigger box and pay more dor the extra deminsions. So now my Christmas packages won't arrive in time because every other place is closed. The worst part is how freaking jolly he was when refusing. He has zero concern.

  You never have to wait in line for more than three or four minutes everything is quick smooth they even have a self depositing kiosk where you can scan your QR code print your label Drop In The Box!! easy peasy lemon squeezy!! and the people are so nice in there!!!

  The man at the front desk tried to charge me $5.31 to print 2 papers for a cruise luggage tag. When I went to pay and saw the outrageous price I refused the papers and walked out. You should warn people of the charges if they are ridiculous like this BEFORE printing the pages. I went across the street to Staples in Largo mall who charged $0.72 for the same exact thing.

  Let me start by saying i'm a truck driver and a business owner, and i've been coast to coast before fedex office was fedex office.It was called kinko's..... I am now based out of new jersey.And largo, florida and I have been going to this one place that is conveniently located by largo mall.. And there's been a lot of people to come through a turnover rate is high.In these kind of settings... And being a business owner for almost thirty years, I can recognize talent dedication and the fundamentals that make the customer relationship something that goes beyond the threshold of the business it stays with me when I get in my truck and I drive to my next location, i'm still thinking of the pleasantries that I have come in contact with.At this one location and it's the people that get overlooked that do their job without hesitation and do it with an open heart... There is a man, he is not a large man, but there is a man at this fedex location that puts his entire being into customer service.I cannot say enough about this man.Fedex needs to have given this man a gold watch.It may not fit on his wrist.It might slide off, but at least the thought that counts.... His name is christopher.What a guy... He's not much to look at, but what he does lack in that department.He makes up with heart... And of course, i'm just kidding, because that's what we do.That's the kind of bond that I have with my fedex.... Here at the moving company, we love you, chris.No, please get back to work.And handle my business..

  Exceptional experience from our delivery driver David, that dropped off our large package to our store off ulmerton rd, in the largo area. He went above and beyond, hands down the best delivery experience. Thanks David.
