- JJJoeMar 6, 20181.0This is the location that handles the complaints and claims for the Allstate Motor Club. I belong to the club in Illinois and had a tow from one of their vendors in my area. The Tow company did extensive damage to my car's steering column making it inoperable. After repeated attempts to have the issue resolved and the tow company held liable for the damages, two representatives at this location failed to follow through with processing the claim and gave me some very poor excuses for why the claim would not be paid. My vehicle is a 1996 MINT condition Riviera and I was told by one representative that the car was simply too old! Another told me that initially they would pay a portion of the claim and then back tracked and stated that although I had the proof on video that he would not review it nor hold the tow company responsible. How sad. I guess you are in poor hands with Allstate!
